He was good at the job and helped me to pick a nice choice for my husband. Although I took much time of him but still he made me feel comfortable at the store and showed me multiple choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought two high value watches from the store. The watches were acquired by the store on special request. The store ensured that the watches were completely new (and not stock which was laying over in the shop), and there were no scratches, with all original packing intact.
I also had another watch serviced for battery replacement.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating with all my requests, and they were very professional, strictly followed the Covid norms.
I would also very highly recommend Mr Krishna who was my POC at the store, and his attitude/service goes above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend the store for my next purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience purchasing a timepiece from here! The staff was helpful, patient and very accommodating. The model I was looking for was not available in their store, but they were very quick to procure the same from a different store. Do ask for Mr Kishan when you are in the South Extension branch. He is well versed with their collection and ensures that the customer is happy!
