★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. Problems with the watch are resolved. Rates are proportionately high. Attitude of front desk staff could be better; it's as if they are doing us a huge favor by repairing the watches- had to face this on two occasions..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to repair my Tissot watch under warranty. The front desk guy said he will check the watch and tell me the problem with the watch. No response for 1 week. When I called them after a week,the response was they will check it for another 15 days and if any fault found will be repaired . I should expect my watch after 1month. Such callous attitude is not expected from such a reputed company. Improve your staff’s attitude towards customer
