★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service / LIERS / DONT FALL in the TRAP of ONLINE - I bought a gift voucher by online mode on 5th April 2022 for Rs 5000. Supposedly in an online transaction, a gift card is to come instantly on registered email. The saga of follow ups started with Sr Customer Executive called ISHANT KANDA. You will be surprised to know this full chain of AddressHome is run by one customer care executive whose bike was punctured for 6 hours on 6th April from 9 AM to 3 PM - so he cannot give a response. Subsequently, at 4 PM his colleague who makes a gift voucher was busy, which made him write an email to me saying 100% gift voucher will be sent by email by 12 noon on 7th April 2022. At 1230 on 7th April 2022, ISHANT KANDA says his colleague is busy again.. All calls are recorded and emails are there for verification. Such stores should be handed over to consumer court, and harassment to customers should be avoided.
