★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They assured five days return policy including Saturday and Sunday. When we reached out to them next day Saturday morning to exchange a defective saree, the grey hair man inside who introduces himself as owner started lying that exchange is not possible. When we informed him about the salesman assurance for return, he said ok then we will exchange, he immediately put remarks code on the GST bill and said you can come after many days for exchange. He want customers for exchange to come between 11 to 12:30 PM or after 7:30 PM until closure. He was not wearing a mask and was shouting on every one who came for exchange. He shouted on a women and instructed one of his gatekeeper to talk her outside the shop. So insulting customers. While talking furiosly he spits a lot to the extent that I had to ask him to clean droplets on my jeans and he cleaned. He kept changing his conversation specific to exchange. We and our keen would never visit there again. Its horrible! so uncivilized, so rude and harsh behaviour and bad language. Shouting on me he did a overhead namaskar and said "Tu mera baap hain, abb jao" hand movement and gesture is extremely unbearable. We and people in our network would not visit to them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. They sell defective sarees. When asked to change it they started shouting on the call. Very bad behavior. Don't want to accept fault and very unprofessional. Never seen or heard so much unprofessional behavior. Will not be going there again.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SHOP. QUALITY IS VERY BAD AS WELL AS THE BEHAVIOR. ALSO PRICES ARE COMPARATIVELY HIGH FROM OTHER SHOPS.
