Please refund my amount asap by today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased one shoes and had to give it back because of size mismatch, they mentioned ill get refund in a weeks time, its been over 6 months now I still haven’t got my refund, I am unable to reach out to customer service team, I have emailed grievance officer, still havent got any update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst when it comes to customer support. Been a month almost since I returned the product but they ain't processing the refund. Everytime I write them their response is "we will do it asap". Also their customer support executive have no manners. They talk to the customer as if they own the company. They literally misbehave even with a female customer.
