Very very poor customer service by the company. Its been more than 75 days I am following up for repair of my washing machine breakage which is under 5 years comprehensive warranty but till date company has not responded. I have written several mails but they don't respond. No one should buy from Midea. Very bad experience. Very bad products and very bad after sales customer service.

Very bad experience, I purchased one window ac in Aug. 2019 and gas leaked in just one month. I force them to replace ac but they take 1.5 month to replace and get the replacement by end Oct 2019. I run that ac for 1day just to check that new Ac as the winter season started, I didn't get time to run that before may 2020. So again when I start again in summer of 2020 it run for 2month then again gas leaked from ac. Technician come and we found 3 Leakage in condenser pipe line... Technician weld joints and fit it again.. But again it leak in half an hour.... Really it's a horrible experience.. Please do not purchase this...

Very very bad service. Bought Window ac last year. Paid 6100/ extra for extend of warranty. From 20 may called many times for ac servicing. Still not get any answers from the care side. Every time they tells me ,server issue. Every day drops mail to care. But Terri's only a drama.

Nobody care / responsible for its customer after sale service of products purchased from Carrier Midea. I was purchased an Inverter AC and now very disappointed due to same problem frequently.

Totally fraud company, dont buy product from this company.They dont respond and value to their customers.Poor management.Higher management is busy in sucking money from customers by providing fake promises.

I have 16 HP three units and the inverter module is defective. The price of module is very high and After repeated follow ups the units are not functional. I will never recommend and one to buy Midea / Carrier airconditioners. It is not getting repaired after my personal intervention also. Very poor Service support and they are almost cheating Indian customer.

Very poor service support after sales , during sales they act like cow and after sale they become monster , realy a bed support . after one year still my ac having the same alarm since the day of installation and carrier is not responding .

I am sorry it has come to this. However I feel it would be in the interest of your company and for you to be awareΒ of what I have been made to go through and take appropriate action. On the 20th ofΒ March I filed a service request with your company's customer service helpline for the replenishment of refrigerant gas in One of my 2 Ton Carrier split aircons. Within a couple of days two service technicians turned up in Carrier uniforms and took a look at the AC unit and confirmed that the gas has indeed leaked and should be refilled. Stating they had no gas with them at the time of the house call they left saying that they would be back soon with it. It must be noted at this time that the original service request was for refilling the gas. Later another two technicians came with the gas, however one of them was wearing an LG Aircon uniform. When questioned as where they have come from they stated that the Carrier Technicians has asked them to service our AC unit and they worked at a local aircondtioning repair shop. They would be unable to give a carrier receipt for any charges paid. I then called your call centre and filed another request for refilling the gas. The call centre at time was unaware of the previous complaint and when brought to their notice were unable to answere as to what happened to it. By now about 5 days had passed since the original request was filed On filing the second request another two technicians turned up and claimed that the refrigerant is R22 which does not exist anymore (on Amazon.in its retailing for about Rs.1000/kg from various retailers and mfgs). And that myΒ  airconditioners should be scrapped and new ones bought and then they promptly left. I called your service centre again and they confirmed that the refrigerant is available and would cost roughly Rs. 2200 and another Rs.600 for nitrogen gas and off course the service charge. I accepted all the charges and they said they would despatch a technician soon. Off course now nobody from your company turned up. I waited another couple of days and then again called up your service centre and talked your escalation team promises were made. Nothing happened. Called again, talked to escalation team manager. Promises were made. Nothing happened. Called again same promises same result. I am generally not a person to go off on a rant like this but the disconnect between your company and its customers is astounding. There seems to be no oversight by corporate on its service centre employees, let alone auditing who is actually doing the service on the company's behalf. I believe this a diservice to your customers
