★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We Had Very Bad Experience from this Adhishwar 5th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore. They Speak Very Sweet at the Time of Purchase Once You Wait for the Goods. They say It would come in 10 minutes, Neither the Electronic Goods Arrive Nor They Are Reached Over Phone. Their Pone goes on Ringing Untill We Need to Raise Our Voice. What a Blunder they make, How come a call is made to the LG Technician at Indhira Nagar Where The Bill Invoice Address is Thaverekere Balajinagar, Bangalore, but the Technician tells that, I will not come as the call came to Balajinagar at Indiranagar Bangalore. So ultimately If the Electric Items comes tomorrow by 10 to 11 am I will cancel the Order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are good during first interaction only, once the booking is done they are pathetic and highly unprofessional and negligent.... When I book my LG LED TV on last 7 Nov 2021, they said 5000 Instant cash back on any credit card payment. But they didnt conveyed the payment will be converted to No Cost of EMI, and processing charges etc. Also they conveyed the TV get delivered and installation done by LG technician within 24 hrs. However It took more that 72 hours to for the LG technician to reach my home, which is hardly 4 KM away from Jaya Nagar Showroom. Also delivery guys and LG technician ask money for the service.
I never recommend this store for anything...They cheat customer, Please don't fall into their trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited show room 4 days ago, requested quotation for 1 refrigerator , 1 TV and 1 electrical geyser, they committed that, same day by evening they will send quotation to my WhatsApp number but till now i didn't get. I tried calling them with the available number which is in Google, it's ringing and none of them are receiving. Too bad communication.

Purchased 2 godrej acs from them, with assurance that service requests will be attended to promptly.
1 stopped working in 10 days. Its been a week with no resolution from godrej or adishwar.
And the representative i spoke to was very ill mannered. Avoid at all costs. You can get better service at Croma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today by 6:35pm I visited your store for Samsung washing machine top load fully automatic 6.5kg. your executive told Samsung out if stock and she advices to move on to IFB washing machine which is good and I selected this feature. I asked 2question very simple do u have running any cash back with credit card, if yes then instant discount or 90days. Secondly add GST in bill.
I just waiting from more then 15mnts then other person came telling now we can't tell about pinelab cash back once making the payment then only cash back are available or not will confirm what he said.
Then other guy is telling we can't add GST in the bill, then asked what is the gst of this product again he is telling I cant tell till the time of making bill.
Immediately I blasted him with the service which Ur giving to me is worst.
My suggestion better you tell to team to take training about the branded products knowledge.
In this advance technology still you guys are very poor and I dropped to buy this washing machine from your store.
