★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a company service centre it’s just a Panasonic service franchise .. The amount they charge for repairs is very high ... we can get the same repairs done at way lesser rates locally .. If your TV is out of warranty period then definitely you will be taken for ride here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing the review stating this is a mobile service centre, I visited this place. The staff denied the same. They service only home appliances products of Panasonic which has huge list on their wall, but cellphones a NO. Staff suggested me to visit Pramanik Service Centre which is at about 2kms from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 21st Oct, (Saturday) I have handed over my Panasonic trimmer as I was facing some trouble. It has been 4 days and yet no updates.
As they have less service centre's and top of it they have poor customer satisfaction.
Wish I had a negative rating options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is in a tricky gulley behind Shanti Sagar restaurant. The service incharge is kind of intriguing. However, my microwave got repaired after a repeated follow up. There is no proper sofa for visitors. Very uncomfortable seating provided. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spare parts are very expensive, infact sometimes they are more than half the cost of the product. This puts you in the dilemma. You have to continue with the broken appliance or you have to go for new one. Usually we get to see very careless attitude from service agents. However, The executive here is a good guy, he does geniune checking and advice you correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience!! Engg will came from Panasonic call Carter !! Just power button issues recommended to change the pcb ,, after a one week same power button issue!! No proper receipt!! I really don’t know whats kind of services given from Panasonic,, worst customer support!!!
