★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service..There was an error on my selfcare account, when I called customer care they said write to our backend team. Essentially telling me - we acknowledge the error but you will have to followup with our other department. Even Govt of India is changing and ABCL is going back to archaic age. Next, I have log compliant, the first response comes with apology, stating issue resolved. When I check the issue its there as it is.. BEWARE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unprofessional. Not helpful at all. Never come to this branch. My parents are senior citizens and in-spite of giving details for updating, it wasn’t done even after 2 mths. Extremely slow and took forever to respond.
