★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always helpful. Bankers are very co-operative, all the facilities are top notch, they are very warm towards you while behaving. Many facilities other than just bank functions are available like bill payments ect. Overall a wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ None of the contact numbers provided on their website work. I want a transaction /UTR number of last transaction but seems to be much difficult than reaching moon.
If i download the transaction history, except utr number everything else is displayed.
My payment is debited and the other party cannot track the payment without transaction number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for some assitance regarding my password for internet banking and vishika ghanshyam assisted me and helped me so good. She told me about new ways to seek help from self. She educated me about Botchat which I must say is very helpful thing. I am stanc customer from 2017 and my main branch is in Jaipur but I travel alot and because of that I have been to many stanc branches in various different citites and all the brances and employees are so helpful they calm you and give you the solution. This is very good bank compared to other government and private bank in India. And at last, once again vishika at this borivali, mumbai branch is so good. Thank you for the quality service.
