★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very less branch in Mumbai almost 40 kms difference to other HSBC bank.very very less ATM like city of Mumbai you can count on fingertip.not advice to open account in such a bank whose branches are almost very nominal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst HSBC Premier branch I have visited in India. Chronic staff shortage and can not deal with more than one customer at a time. Staff hardly responsive. Waited 1 hour to get the PIN sorted and finally had to get it done via the call centre.
