★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank Staff is very lazy. They will misguide you & you will keep going to the bank again & again. Most of the time work is not done without raising your voice. During lockdown kaustabh misguided me saying PPF money cant be withdrawn whereas when his senior instructed him to do so, money was credited with 2 working days. Bank Mobile banking app & net banking portal is really gr8 but most of the times staff keeps changing & they keep asking each other about how to work with their system. Take a copy of all the papers & instructions in writing....

One person who never do my work timely. 1. he didn't process my RD request same day, he processed it after one week. 2. He didn't process my NEFT request same day and lost my cheque. 3. Even today I had given 2 bank transfer cheques but still my account is not updated, may be again my cheques are lost...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now a days system of bank has become so worst. To ask a single question for that also we have to wait for an hour. Only one counter is there to answer. Horrible system. Pathetic services. Plz do reply for the above questions. Half of the employees are just talking on the phone and roaming here and there. Worst service and worst bank
