★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will be very quick in opening your account but closure procedures takes away your life... no response from the number mentioned. The shop is not open, the address on Google shows a wrong direction. Its only and only harassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The timing of the branch is only till 3:30, so it's like they will stop working after market is over (even NSE and BSE office meetings are conducted till 5-6 in evening)
no respect for client time (senior citizen client are expected to visit again if they are 5 mins late)
No professionalism - submitted the same form 3 times and still there was no action - finally I had to visit my bank branch (work is still not done)
Please do not fall for the sales gimmick, entire branch is irresponsible and won't respond if you need anything

They don't care to inform though i enquired several times. Im fedup. Repent for using Kotak Securities. Waiting for dematting my shares even now. No information yet
