★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff of Borivali branch is very cooperative visit two to three times for my home loan I really appreciate the way they are ready to help the person who helped me is Vrushali she is so helpful and ready to answer all my silly questions.Today went for disbursement all went very smoothly bcoz of Parth who did all the paperwork so quickly

They will never reply on chat/ phone/ email.
No proper service.
They expect people to visit the branch and sit for hours to get even small work done.
Sitting in a different country just to check why the builder has not received the payment inspite of scheduled electronic transfer these people have NO WAY to reach them.
Worst bank.
I wil definately switch to other bank soon.

I would also like to give my special thanks to Manav Sheth and Sameer Sir who have guided me throughout my transaction till the closure. I wish them best wishes for all their future endeavours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have words for them. Mc Bc service. Money extracting bank. Soon I am going to tranfer my loan account to other bank. Never everrrrrrr consider HDFC for home loans. I have pathetic experience till now.
1 hour of waiting time for small zatu query. Thank god I have taken another govt bank loan for my second co-owned home. I want to get rid of these ppl as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loan was approved within 2-3 days. But at the time of disbursment they delayed it by 2 months. They have all the excuses ready for delay. The builder charged me 160000 as penalty for payment delay.
Employees have careless attitude.
For every thing they have answer as NO or some or the other excuses.
They will run behind you till you pay processing fee after that they dont care.
They advertise that they sanction loan in 5 days and this is the service they provide.
Friendly advice : Dont go for this bank unless you are able to handle yourself from mental torture.
