★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad and Toxic Working Environment for Freshers and New Employees. Especially, for those who are thinking of starting their career within this organisation, in this industry. Employers are concerned only about business and not the employees working status and personal wellbeing. Initial Salary is very low for freshers, much below expectations. Targets are next to unachievable. Even Best Employees can be asked to give resignation at any point in their career within this organisation. Be it 1, 2 , 3 months or years or so. Very horrible overall conduct.
