I have the very very worst experience with this company how just dial gave 3.5 rating customer should not relay on this rating might be just dial not survey properly. this company just want money and cheap behaviour with loyal customer i just demand my statement at end which is free of cost but i surprise they charge 155 rupees for it. if i ask complaint mail id then call person act cheap say hello hello and cut phone means customer don'ht have value.
2. Emi never cut on time if we maintain balance then they don't deduct and then they charge as well in terms of fine. collection department is too horrible they charge me 9000 penalty i and crash my well cibil i badly hurt when my card decline due to this i took many loan but this company had too worst experience.
3. FNF also create problem pay this amount that amount.
4. don't trust on just dial they get business just dial not come to pay if you get in trubble so alert then apply for loan in this company.
5. i gave 1 star rating because without that i will not posted google not keep -1 posting.
6. i gave 1 star still it show 2 this happen with customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. very worst experience with this company, They don't talk polity to customers, even though they are not bother of picking the call.
2. every time i have to remind them to cut the EMI from my account.
3. There working are worst than government employee work. not at all helpful.

5 If you are planing to take loan from this company it means you are going to face lot of problem in your EMI period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service given by pioneer finanace after completing whole EMI payments now they are saying you will have so and so penalties without any late payments. I dont know what is the logic behind this. Really a bad experience having with this organisation.I recommend pls do not take any loan with this finance company. Staff is very rude they don't have any sense how to deal with there customers. They all are cheating with customers. My EMI period over 10 days before And from front I call them for NOC now they are saying new things to me i.e penalties.

Staff don't know how talk how behave
first train your staff and teach some manners,
they cut the phone..
Always increase the charges
Never Provide the proper and full details
Please don't do this with your coustmer otherwise you'll loose your trust you and customers.. Thanks to Ms. Pooja bhosale who helped me with my problem but I am not happy with service of your bank..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst financial company.. I paid allmy dues at the end i called for NOC then they are saying 500 balance amount showing. Already they took 800 from me regarding bounce charges of one emi but their person only deposite 300 rupees..
Now they are saying this is not their fault.
Don't go for this company.
