Never never go to this company for any loan or financial dealings. They tie up with builders as Finance partners. Builder is dubious who does not complete the project as money is siphoned off. Evidence : The GREENS, Anekal & at Devanhalli from Sanchaya Land & Estate Pvt. Ltd. BENGALURU. Mr. Vijay Ravipati (mislead people & calls himself Mr. Vijay Tata) has duped people in Orange properties, yet HFFC has supported his project. WHY? What is their game plan? Middle-class Buyers in deep trouble. Many cases in RERA too against builder.
