★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled in vrs bus. Feeling like traveling in bull cart. No comfort. Vrs cant match the quality of srs. My boarding time was 9 20 bus came at 10. Ok not an issue. But till 12 30 they were picking up pessengers. And now it has been 7 hours. Bus hasn't covered even half distance yet. I'm traveling from mumbai to Bangalore. No comfort at all. Bus is vibrating like hell. Is this for what i paid 2500?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no option but to give you one star, you dont even deserve that. I had booked VRL travel bus ticket of AC Sleeper bus for me and a co passenger from Goa to Mumbai. The bus was scheduled to pick up at Mapusa at 10.30 pm on 7th Oct 2019. There was no VRL travel office at the bus stand, the bus operator whose number was provided with the ticket was not picking up the calls and we had no information about the bus till 12.30 am 8th Oct, 2019. We were stranded at the busstop for 2 hours. Finally the bus came at 12.40 am and it was a Chair Car bus instead of an AC sleeper for which we paid for. We had to travel in this bus. The bus was late by 6 hours. It was supposed to reach Mumbai at 10.30 am 8th Oct. Furthermore, at 1.30 pm 8th Oct, we were told to change the bus at Khopoli to another VRL travel Chair car bus. It caused more and more inconvenience, as we also had a flight from Mumbai at 3 pm. We missed that too. There is no provision of refund given to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The journey was good, first experience traveling by bus so was bit sceptical but overall it was more than my expectations. They have 3 halts (hygienic restaurants-washrooms were neat. Food was average, typical highway restaurant food quality)
The only issue is the gap between two sleeper is just 2-3inches thus had to book another sleeper to avoid a stranger beside.
The customer service representative might be busy few hours prior your boarding but they provide WhatsApp broadcasts with proper instructions (Timing of departure & the address of pick-up) Was surprise to see they even provided a GPS navigation system where you could send your family & relatives your live location but that didn't work out throughout the journey, the site stopped functioning few hours before arrival.
The attendant makes sure if every passenger has boarded after every stop, that's was a great customer service provided.
Overall, good n safe travels for women n kids
