★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst example of customer care. Visited LP showroom at Phoenix Market city Bangalore. Cash Wall did not mention anywhere that exchange is limited to only 15 days. CCA behaved so rudely and asked me to check the exchange rules before seeking exchange. CCA behaves like road rowdies. LP should at least write the exchange and other customer policy in Bold somewhere so that Customer can see. Escalated issue to Bangalore office of Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd., Plot No. 5B, Regent Gateway, Doddanakundi Village but no satisfactory solution is provided. Looks like LP lost its customer care policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased 4 peter england shirt from your store in chandigarh, Sec 41. It was a faulty shirt and dealer promised to get it repaired. However, even after 1 month there is no response from his side and he is extremely rude in his behavior. I dont even feel like speaking to you guys as even after providing all the information no one bothered to resolve my issue. I am fed up with your behaviour and not even in a state of mind where I can now write a proper complaint here. Pathetic and i advise all not to trust this company at all.. I wish i could make a difference to your business by telling the world how pathetic and unconcerned your brand is towards the customers issuee......
