★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Playing with peoples situations & Hard earned money. Fist delayed & kept pending my LOD & Foreclosure Request 05 months (June-2021 to Oct-2021).
My Life insurance Policy opened with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance merged with Aditya Birla Home Loans in Jan-2020 and as balance transferred on 11/10/2021 so remaining amount also paid to this company from my new loan insurer from sanctioned amount still Aditya Birla Sun Life insurance not releasing my amount which is pending from Oct-2021. Several discussions and follow-up done at Nagpur Office but in vain they people just telling "will credit shortly" from last six month.
