★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Except the sales staff,the rest of the employees from this branch are very arrogant. They won't even care to look at you and talk. Pathetic people. I foreclosed my loan and they gave me 1 month later date to collect documents. But they received it in 15 days and they don't even cared to call me and inform. When accidentally I visited the office at that time Mr.V.Cold me that vome on that the given date. But insisted him yo please check. Then he told documents came few days back. But you will have to collect it tomorrow.
Treat your customers with a smile and make them feel like they are someone. Have some respect. Especially Mr.V.C. Pathetic guy.
