★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was the second time the internet of the bank was not working.
Seems like after merger with Indian Bank, service has really gone from bad to worst.
But the staff was very cooperative and helpful, and considering the long association with the bank, I have given them 3 star rating. The parking was ample and the general ambience was very good. This is the main reason for the 3 star rating.
The premises are really very good being housed in an ancient building with lots of open space around it. And after the recent interior improvement, it looks very posh.
