I visited here for exchange of my active , these assh0les were offring exchange values of 21K, whereas another "Sudarshan Honda" branch offered me 35K and I accepted it gracefully. this is overhyped center, there are bunch of arrogant, uneducated, idiots as salesperson... avoid this place... coz of its locality cost, they LOOT customers as much as they can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - The overall experience (in terms of employees talking with you, responses from the showroom, etc.) are totally different before and after purchase.
- Till purchase everyone is too friendly and supportive. And, after purchase no one is in mood to respond properly. We as a customer gets cheated feeling after paying so much money with the treatment received.
- Lots of false promises made while selling the product, specially with respect to Insurance and associated cover.
- Once product is purchased and need insurance claim then whole staff is trying to reject the claim and becomes insensitive in responses.
- The Store Manager is very bad and not even ready to meet customer who purchased vehicle.

Kindly someone teach her how to be polite with the customers. We are not availing the service free of cost.
