★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, staff is too lazy and not even professional, this is my personal experience, I had to tell them how to fix a bolt they don’t even know how to do it , I bought my bike on 3rd October 2014 and since the same year I’ve been facing the problem of oil leakage, even after spending an amount of around 35k on servicing and engine break down the problem still continues, it’s just been a month I spent around 10k in my bike and the oil started leaking again, what am I suppose to do ?
Should I burn my bike and forget it because I’ve been putting my emotions in my bike ? Never expected this type of service from a company which has produced such amazing and successful products like Hayabusa, I would never recommend Any product of Suzuki to my loved one, I also have Suzuki access at my home on which I’ve spent 17k because of engine broke down, why the engine keeps on breaking down?
Obviously if you don’t silence the problem of oil leakage the engine will ran out of oil, so do it need to top up oil every month ?
I’ve never seen any bike with such maintenance, I want Suzuki to understand that when a boy gets his first bike he connects his heart with it. No I am at pune and the oil leakage started again what am I supposed to do ?
When I ask the staff at your service centre how can we solve this problem they say this happens with every Gixxer, this type of answers are not acceptable, we’ve bought this product to easy our life not to create more chunks. This is my humble request to Suzuki to track the activities at service centre and also start a protocol of feedback from your customer after 1 month of servicing.
I bet you’ll get a lot of complains once you look into it.
Staff is not willing to work from heart, they have really good reasons not to guide their customers.
I’ll see that my feedback reaches out to as my users and other people who are using Suzuki products or planning to buy it.
