The level of digitisation of the services is poor. With the amount being granted to make Nagpur's Municipal Corporation work, NMC should have made some serious by now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local public authority, Municipal corporation office of Nagpur City. Located in Civil lines area. Recently got new multi storey building, but staff is worst. It took me more than a week and seven visits to get my birth certificate. I have to shout at staff to get my work done
