Works like tortoise and behaviour is also very rude... don't go if you have any urgent work because they going to take 3 hours to do even a simple task.

1. Keep a lead time of minimum 1 month for your concern, because 'sarkari daftar'...
2. Official working hours: 10:30 AM to 5 PM.
3. For meeting a zonal officer, come between 4:30 and 6:30 PM.
4. Aadhar related work is performed in token numbers which are advance booked to 40 days.
5. You can download and print forms from the smc website to avoid charges paid at the office (50₹ for one sheet of paper ??♂️).
6. Always read the deadline timings for certain application processes. If the work is not done before the deadline, file an online complaint.
7. Take a bike there. Thank me later**.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a place for all ur document registration like aadhar card, birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate and many more. Parking space is very good. Working of people Is quite slow as its government service but they are co-operative too. For aadhar card registration forms will be distributed between 9 to 9.30 AM then u get ur token number on that form then u get appointment on next day for registration.

They helped with all information required and guided when needed. They understand and value our timing and always try to do our work ASAP. Felt good to be there. We need more staff like them in all over India. Also salute to all such staff around country.
