Profit from death, child labour & more. - SMC never addresses complaints & never enforce laws on themselves that they enforce on public. SMC staff will issue parking fines and the same person will then roam around without helmet, driving on wrong side and they dont take any action against Rickshaw drivers. - SMC infrastructure has caused massive losses and death of people but they dont want to change anything. Go to court and face further harassment, courts should provide exact date by which court hearings will end and justice will be served as police & others are misusing it to delay justice for years and make the situation more biased. - SMC work includes child labor. - SMC has 1000s of crores of budget but they dont use safety equipment leading to death of poor labour, laws dont apply to law enforcement right? - SMC officials almost always park in no parking and park in the middle of road, drive recklesslessly and many of their vehicles dont have valid PUC & license plates, yet they penalise common man to add more money to the 1000cr of money they already have stolen from public. - SMC steals a lot in the name of taxes and make certain bussinesses struggle more while other big businesses dont have to pay such taxes , which drives income inequality, joblessness & incompetitive economy, where one company / person is taxed more than other. - SMC fines people for not having fire equipment where their own premises are a bomb waiting for a disaster with several gas cylinders at one place and poor watery exit & no fire extinguisher, because its property under SMC ! - SMC imposes heavy taxes on small institutions adding burden on institution and public which makes builders cut cost leading to poor infrastructure, this is another way of profit from death, they again penalise with fire extinguishers and many more reasons. - SMC is heavily influencing real estate market. -SMC is accountable to noone and no regulatory body ensures proper audit and regulation of their powers. - In media- SMC does not have budget to check food quality but they do have budget to buy more vehicles so as to harass public and make money as parking fine, why is their budget allocation more towards beauty and not towards basics- good food, water air? - Why cant public penalise SMC for their mistakes and poor service? - SMC traffic team picks up vehicles that are parked at right spot just to make money, they earlier made a spot as no parking and made money off it and later named it as parking and now start issuing parking fines. They change law anytime without informing public and make money by all means possible.

I want my last paid receipt with bill but it doesn't showing. There are only 2013, 2016 and 2017 details not any more. Tell me how can I get details (bill & receipt) of 2019- 20.

In covid situation there are more than 500 people in one place without any social distancing if this happen in any shop they would fine the owner but who will pay fine when they are doing mistake

SMC is doing a good job to provide quality services to citizens. It is only because of some lazy staff that they earn a bad reputation. This is a good place, and they always answer on their landline number. Even in recess hours someone answers. I went here last for birth registration of my daughter, and I must say, they were really helpful, thorough and gave me a wonderful service. No one asked for money. Only good service, and smile. I was impressed. It is small department like this that earn laurels to the corporation. The staff in water supply and cleaning is lousy. Never act properly on your complaints. They always keep on crying like a baby....SMC is not giving us proper man power.....bla....bla....even when you launch a complaint on website, and the website sends you sms with their mobile number, these people don't work....even a simple complaint like cleaning streets becomes impossible to handle....
