โ โ โ โ โ Card swap facility is not available, which surprised me. Accessories rates are too high. Nitrogen gas charged for โน250, which actual cost at outside is max โน20. Showroom is good. Salesperson are also good in talking.

โ โ โ โ โ We are very old customer to sudarshan motors and all the vehicles we have at our place is from sudarshan motors. But this time i felt disappointed with the service. The sales executive sagar biswal didn't provide any details. He just gave us the quotation and left the desk and we got to know the details from other executive when he was counseling other customers. Even on the delivery date after paying full cash he wasn't bothered abt our delivery instead he was busy talking on call. Highly disgraceful service. @honda you really need to take care of this issue.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst Behaviour from the service executive side -
โข Whatever time or money they tell us it always exceeds the estimate.
โข They can't properly service more than 50 to 60 vehicles a day according to one of their executive but because of their greed they usually take more than 100 and 150 vehicles a day for service or repair and it's obvious they do not perform their service well.
โข Avoid visiting the service centre at covid times as you won't find a single sanitiser dispensing machine, stand or bottle over there.
โข When the vehicle is new in condition or newly purchased they usually force you to buy a polishing and paint protection contract which is around 600 to 800 and they hardly perform it as I arrived before the time I saw they just wipe the whole two-wheeler with a dashboard polish which shouldn't be the case and that too they don't do it properly.
โข Service and Delivery in charge people are pathetic and they are always busy on personal calls God knows to which Tata's and Birla's they talk to and keep us waiting.
โข Limited space with poor maintenance of the place.
* In simple words no perfection in terms of work (sluggish attitude) especially at the time of polishing and delivery and no care towards customers all they been trying to chase is money. They don't know soon the ill will be chasing them.
* So do check the image attached with the review related to the water dispensing machine installed near the vehicle washing and cleaning area. And on the machine, it was mentioned save water and the tap was leaking and also the upper lid was open and when I asked the service manager over there to stop or get it repaired his reply was "chalta hai thoda sah hi toh leakage hai apne app band hojayega". If the manager has such kinda attitude then what we can expect from the subordinates and labours.
And that's where the whole of India is lacking all thanks to the chalta hai attitude.
So better try other authorised service centres if possible which I would also do next time.

โ โ โ โ โ They are rude specially in service section he used * words when i ask him to change my vehicle battery in warranty period i was trying to convenience him because my vehicle battery dead every month just after buying, it happened 3 times but he didn't plus he argue with me and used bad words until i meet with manager they didn't changed. And it also took 10-12 days just imagine you are buying a 1lakh vehicle 1st time in your life and you are excited but riding it without battery and it give you problem atleast one time in just a month and after receiving battery to showroom(its a procedure) they didn't even contact me and excuse is they don't have contact number i mean really they took hundreds of sign from you visit you home they really don't have number. They really don't care after you buy a vehicle and i really mean it. And now my vehicle horn and indicator sound is also not working and its not even a year. My experience was very bad. You expect a good service when you are spending 1lakh. I want to say many things specially related to service but my English is not that good and if you are reading this please take it seriously you are gonna spend so much money.
