★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to raise a complaint against your sales person. I purchased a xpulse 200. Is this the way you sell a bike to a customer. Did not educate about the bike nor did he tell us about the features also at the time of delivery didn't come to handover the bike someone else gave us the keys and said that vehicle is parked outside you can take it. Is this the way to deliver a new Bike? Also said too many customers try to understand... The vehicle has a lot of problems i have bring this in the knowledge of that Sales Person (Mr. Mohin Ansari). Issue with disk breaks breaks continuously applied while driving, ABS issue, accelerator relay. You charged 500 rupees for a helmet but you didn't give it as it was finished?you say when you come next take it is this the way? NO TEMPERORY NUMBER WAS PROVIDED WITH THE BIKE.
Never expected this kind of service from Aditya motors. Will not recommend my friends or family members to buy vehicle from this place.

Booked this car a month ago at Tata Gadchiroli branch, however all the formalities were completed only in the last week.
However, it was my birthday coming on Ganesh Chaturthi.
I received it first day in the morning. Overall experience in terms of formalities, conversation with Javed was way beyod my expectations.
Javed infact went himself to bring in the vehicle previous night and returned midnight to meet the deliverables.
Amazing service and satisfied!
10/10 for Javed Khan and Tata for setting standards high !

Much of tools and stuffs on advanced biking level, however, are not available. Do you may get here for a convenient servicing point or basic repairs if you own a regular Hero Bike.

Quality of spare parts are just horrible and reasons provided for poor quality by Manger is more horrible. They only care about getting money and putting oil. Just it. If possible pls avoid.
