★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a air conditioner recently.. service is so bad .have to call 100 s time for installation and it takes 10 days to install 1 ac that to not satisfactory..water continued to dribble till date..very disappointing
The staff named praveen from whom the deal was confirmed , very unprofessional and a big liar.after 8-9 days finally some worker came to install ac,. They were so unprofessional and inexperienced. Will never recommend to anybody..this is just unfair, very diadisappoint deal.atleast not expected from fair deal..the name is just trap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE EVER !! I'm having one of the worst experience with fairdeal, as it's continuosly postponing my order even if I've paid the payment. And they're like we'll deliver Today sir and then I have to call them like 4 times a day but still they'll come up with some other reason to postpone it. Fairdeal arcade Manish Nagar, seems to be working more on making money that caring about their customers. If I'd have to suggest fairdeal Manish nagar outlet to someone I'd definitely not suggest or talk good about fairdeal arcade, manish nagar, Nagpur. I'll still have to wait for tomorrow to get my product even if they said we'll do it today :(. How sad to see that humanity is getting over and lost over money. #fairdealarcade.
There are plenty of good shops in Nagpur, so please do visit others because this shop will only make your days harder than what we all are facing because of all the pandemic.
