Experience with these guyz, they are very reluctant with no technical background and knowledge, they do not answer calls, if they answer and you ask about any computer parts , they may shout on you. They call their technicians engineers , that's what they call them. Now you can understand how technically bacward they are. They have very bad aftersales service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charge you to fix one part in the beginning, and then they call to tell u that another part has faltered as well hence u need to pay extra. They don't deliver on time. I gave my laptop for a minor display problem. Ended up having the motherboard changed, the back lit not working anymore and a lot of other problems with my laptop. Don't go to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for my laptop screen. There was a guy who I don't think knew what he was doing. He damaged my laptop screen and 2 cables were lost along process. Very unprofessional. Go for other dealers there are a lot of good dealers nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strictly avoid visiting this store. I am facing a lot of trouble getting my laptop battery replaced. Last Year, I purchased a Lapcare battery from this store, and the battery is within the warranty period. The staff is rude and highly unprofessional.
