★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service provided by these IFB people.... washing machine not working since one month.. these people send their technician take service charge and do nothing... doesn't even pick the calls...why are they selling their product when they are not interested in giving the service. Disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They say spare part not available. The part is water inlet valve. If the spare re rare then why do they offer AMC. My machine not repaired even after seven days are over. Nobody is bothered about service . They only want AMC cheque

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Technician doesn't attend complaints even after 48 hours. Customer Service number also remains unattended many times. In all, very pathetic service.
And finally, the
tecchnician comes with a very cool attitude after 11 days, with no signs of any apology any where. We were made to call three service executives before availing service of one. And, by the time our problem was solved, the real problem faced by us was by heart as we had to explain it to nearly a dozen customer care personnels. Each time a new person would attend the call and start from verifying name, address ,pin code and what not .HORRYFYING EXPERIENCE.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The repair guy (in reality a salesperson) spent less time looking at my washing machine, and spent majority of the time pushing Annual Maintenance Contract, descaler, liquid detergent etc.
Did not even bother to diagnose the fault in the machine properly.
Performed some needless parts replacement on washing machine door that was working absolutely fine. The real issue was with the drum.
The machine promptly stopped working again after the person left, and now the service center is not bothering to resend the repairman.
Rs. 900/- down the drain for a visit that didn't even rectify the problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is real, good range but poor salesmanship. The owner could take cognizance of the fact that even if the customer has options and better deals on Amazon, it's still possible to close a deal with a customer who's eager to buy.
