★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for dell office laptop service which was under warranty as guided by our office. Owner was so loud shouting continuously. They only accept cash for service and there was no nearby ATM. We had lot to and froth discussion when we raised voice then owner raised voice started saying this is exclusive center which excludes service. Then he should have told at first place. Anyhow customer treatment was not good. He said we know corporate office how they work started pointing out Corporate offices , Man main business of any laptop company is coming from IT or corporate offices only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop got repaired being asked the issue. I was informed that it’s an issue of motherboard. Further asking for more details the owner bluntly said I don’t know what was the issue in the mother board. My technician has repaired it. I feel here customers are not welcome as they should be.. Sometimes most person feel raising their voice is a sign of truth however sadly it’s not the case. I feel I did mistake giving my laptop at this location. Disclaimer this is not an authorized DELL center or showroom!
