★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I purchase everything from exclusive Brand retailers but for small product like cooler I thought to try this place.
Pros:
1. Sales Executive is co operative and will assist you to other AK Gandhi shops too for demo/showroom models.
2. They are like very helpful and will assure you about their services and the brand A K Gandhi.
3. Delivery free till Koradi Naka Point.
Cons:
1. They cooler was delivered in somewhat dirty packing. And few things for my cooler were missing like screws for fixing wheels etc.
However the same was resolved after I raised my issue with them.
My verdict and opinion: Although you may get some minor issues in Product but they have resolved it to my satisfaction and feasibility.
Also customer service after sales was prompt and quick to respond
