★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to say sorry about my last bad review for this auto agency because my bike was having problems shortly after servicing from this agency. But after showing to local mechanic he said this problem is because of mixing of water in petrol most likely during washing with high pressure. He cleaned the petrol tank and now my bike is running superb. So no fault in servicing. So his servicing is good. Only thing is servicing can be done fast and payment issue is there, not accepting debit card.

They called me around 12:30 P.M , and told me 'your vehicle is ready sir.'...... But when I reached there (during my working Hours) at 3:45 PM... which is almost 6 km from my office,they again take 30 min, mentioning 'final touch up', but actually My scooter was not washed...... very disappointing experience ... You can expect once, but not twice in a row.

Wanted to book an Xpulse 200 ( Grey ) for which i enquired with every dealer of Nagpur and to my surprise no on was even interested to give me the details of the vehicle.
However after a conversation with a sales person at Aditya Agencies i was told that the Grey color is in transit post which i immediately booked the vehicle and briefed the sales person that i would take the delivery along with the Rally Kit which was costing me another 26500 without the Maxxis tyres.
The sales person told me that he would place an order immediately for the kit. few days later i called the dealer to enquire about my vehicle post which he informed me that they did not get the Grey color and this was told to me after i called them. No one bothered to inform me on their own.
however i compromised on the color and shifted the booking to Red. Again after couple of days later i called them to enquire about the Rally Kit to which i was told that they have received it. I immediately told my financer to make the payment and i transferred the margin money.
Right from the day one i had made it clear to the dealer that i would take the delivery only with the Rally Kit.
So the day of delivery arrived and i by chance happened to ask my friend to visit the dealership and send me the pictures as i was informed by the dealership tht the bike is ready with the Rally Kit and i was super excited as i could not wait till evening to see the bike. To my surprise the bike was not fitted with the Rally Kit post which i immediately called the sales person and to my HORROR he informed me that the Rally Kit did not arrive ( P.S - Same afternoon i received a msg from the dealer to make a payment of 26500 against the Rally Kit ).
It was a shocker to me, never ever did i came across such pathetic behavior and Service. I already Own 2 Bullets ( 500 & 350 ) , 1 KTM 390 and a Kawasaki Z900. Never i came across such disgusting service in my earlier purchases.
Wish there was an option of a ZERO Star as they don't even deserve 1 Star.
Shame on you HERO Motocorp as i was left with no option but to cancel my booking on the day i was supposed to take the delivery of my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hero agency near to ghat road. Employees are friendly in nature. Working of employee stop at 6.30pm. pasing 9f bikes are available after 5 pm depend upon the area/ loacality. All types of bikes, moped, spares parts available.
