Like so many other showroom, this showroom also charge you more than your bill amount. So expensive, staff is rude. After inspection they take your vehicle for servicing and then they call you after some hour to force you to do more things like clutch overhauling, spark plugs change and so many other things which will cost you more than 2 vehicles servicing... Doesn't even wash your vehicle properly... If you have excess amount of money then go to this showroom, if not then get some information about your areas local mechanic and service your vehicle to their shop, it will cost you less and you don't need to pay labor charges which actually more than half of your bills like in showroom???....

Invoice No : 2020/VS/3289 I booked 'Honda Activa 6G' on December 1st 2020 from sai point honda nagpur (near ashok square) and completed the payment on December 2/2020. An employee (vaibhav) of that showroom said us that your scooty is ready. But when we arrived to pick up the scooty on December 4th at 7pm, the scooty was not ready. the accessories of the scooty was not fitted properly. the bolt was fitted without washer very loosely. Finally everything complete and when we were taking the scooty to our house, suddenly the scooty stopped. Scooty reached just 200 meter length.We thought that maybe there is no petrol in the scooty . Then we called Vaibhav and asked him to bring petrol but The scooty did not start even after pouring petrol . Vaibhav says that there are some other problems in scooty. Then vaibhav took the scooty back to the showroom, and he promised to give us the bike again the next day. And once again we arrived to pick up the bike on December 5th/2020 at 6pm. I asked, what was the problem in the bike. they said the "low fuel warning lamp sensor" wire was not connected properly, so the problem occurred" Then we brought the scooty home. The story didn't end here. There is some problem in handle bar also. The handle does not lock properly, when the handle bar is at the extreme left. To lock properly, the handle has to move slightly. complain 1) Accessories of the Scooty was not fitted properly. 2) There was no enough petrol in the scooty to go home or any other petrol pump also. 3) Low fuel warning lamp sensor" wire was not connected properly. 4) The handle does not lock properly. 5) Delayed in delivery find attached img also. This was not acceptable from sai honda point. ==> very poor experience :-( :-(

Zero star , very bad service , normal service cost you for 2 wheelwr is 5000. If your vehicle is new just free services , don't go for paid services. They charge unwanted things for what they are not able to justify. Even they don't clean anything , they 500 rupees for cleaning and they even don't clean it properly.

Be careful when you are doing your first free servicing. It costs not more than 300 rupees and if you are taking any additional services like oil or else, do not forget to take a proper invoice showing the total of what you have paid. Ask specifically to the service engineer about the charges and decide wisely.

So good mechanic staff But some spare part are not available so first calling for queries then after book appointments for your two wheeler Staff behaviour is normally nice also cooperative

I purchase a honda activa on 15 /10/21 and within few month my vehicle is stop when we drive continuesly 45 to 50km with speed of 50 and when we go to the showroom they respond very badly and finaly when they respond they argue with my father and started behaving very badly even abuseing word they used very bad service zero rating never ever purchases a bike from these showroom
