★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 storage racks. When delivered I found that one is faulty. I complained and the service man came. He said the rack needs to be replaced. A five wheeler came with new rack and took back old rack. But he demanded transportation charges from me and when I said Vishal furniture should pay, he abused me with foul language.
