★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy a Access 125 Blue colour from this dealer at city light. At booking time he gave us good service. But when i paid full amount of bike, the services becomes worst. At the time of delivery the sales person didn't explain anything regarding bike. Simply hand over the keys, takes pictures and thats it, all done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services.staff behaviour is rude with clients.Unnessesary transfer call to another person for queries.When we go for service they don't use our coupon and later after doing 8 services they don't have proper record.i put my vehicle for service nw I got know my vehicle is punctured just after my service. I have very bad experience at city light center.i was regularly putting my vehicle at this service center bt infuture I will never go there and also give suggestions not to put your vehicle here for services bcoz this was 2nd time I m facing issues after my vehicle services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, the owner too is hands on and listen and explains the important points n queries, bought an access 125 from here and got a good discount. Only thing was not very impressed by their salesman Mr. Abhay soni for the confusion he created. But overall very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Material used for disc brakes and chrome used in vehicles is made of poor quality, as it was corroded after 2-3 months of purchase.
- after purchase also you won’t get a good servicing.
- They call us mentioning that vehicle servicing is complete.
- After we visit site and when we see always some or other task is missing and then we have to wait for 20-30mins longs for them to complete their job.
- Suzuki is a huge brand but, not worth our money and time.
