Petrol theft of 2.5 litres.
1. They will steal/drain petrol from your bike when you give for servicing. Better to give them on a very low fuel.
2. Handling is very poor, they had my tail lamp cracked when I gave for first servicing and refused to accept their mistake.

I buyed chetak electric from them
I met accident ..and such poor response from team ..they even don't have parts availability..they kept my vehicle for about a month..and no good service at all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most bad customer service i have seen while visiting for customer, seems like an utter choas, expect to have your day at the service center if you are going for a paid service, was promised a delivery at 5 was told to come by 7 then was given delivery by 8. Also in that there system doesnt work. The manager Abhishek Kamble is of no help, after waiting for nearly 45 mins, they give a rough bill, after complaining the original bills gets generated, an icing on the cake is that they do not even explain the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally i never rate any service or shop bad but patni gadom man always been slugish impolite staff and most importantly they take almost an hour every time i went to receive my bike after servicing..whats the point in that unprofessional waiting? Once they say service is over n come to pick bike it should be like 5 mins pay bill n take bike..but no wait fr one hr again as our staff won't attend you
