★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor and worst Services by Aditya Birla Capital I cant provide any star ranking. this company employer very high profile. few month ago i apply in PL my communication from bombay he confirmed me my local employer come and documents collect but that boy he saying me boss PL is ur requirement not my if u take PL then you will come in my office and submit the document...What a attitude of Aditya Birla Employers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no option to give rating <1, hence, had to give 1 rating. Not only just extremely bad customer service but also they put too much high interest rate!At starting they will offer the equal rate of interest compare to any other bank.Once you are successfully trapped, they will start increasing the rate until it almost reaches the sky! Although the rate is floating (as per the document), it only floats upper-side,never comes down automatically. Even if you request to decrease the rate compare to the market rate, they demand for processing fee on top of it!! I am paying 9.17% rate of interest for last 3 years!!Even the nationalized banks are not ready to take over the loan from such a company!!
