β β β β β Be aware of Amazon pay emi and from this company it's been 2 months I requested for kyc verification they never called me when I asked on customer care never got any satisfied answer such a bad impression if it's happening before joining what will happen after joining thanks Amazon for making this kind of partners ?

They don't have some sense of humanity in this unprecedented situation.
They report pending moratorium payments to CIBIL without my consent.
You or not supporting your customer in this unprecedented situation then when will you support them?

β β β β β Horrible customer service. Account blocked even though I missed payment by few days and even after giving lakhs of business to them.
Now I regret using this service and the worst part is they have a partnership with Amazon which is known for its world class service.

β β β β β Pathetic service, and the model they have agreed with Amazon is a super business plan.. Not sure if RBI has any governance on the way charges are levied for late payments.. Also, they will reverse the payment made by you and start sending default payment message.. I am continuing to get it for 1269, they chargeing 2200 in 3 month's..Nice Model for company's growth ans CIBIL supporting this.. without background check.. so all hands in one deck .. And we are the ones to suffer.. As Always!!

β β β β β Worst service provider. I took a consumer durable loan from them and paid Rs 2849.68 as two advance emi's. For some unavoidable reasons I had to cancel the loan and they got the full amount of Rs 8549.05 but till now they haven't paid back the advance emi's of Rs 2849.68. Despite writing many mails I havent got the refund in my bank account. They cheat people.
