★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is very easy to locate. It's exactly on the opposite side of the office linc shop and 56 Bhog sweet shop at Shakespeare Sarani. It can be rented for office space. The interior is quite spacious, centrally air conditioned. The ground floor has a self serviced cafeteria where you can get tea and coffee without any charge.

A very neat & clean place with good hospitality and support by staff members. Morever, I liked the test of free latte ?. But 2 things that not appreciable are you will get less space in terms of your investment and second one is that you can't feel natural atmosphere directly
