★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person at the reception is not at all helpful. They have made customer's life difficult in the name of following process. Even if one single document is not present (hardcopy) and soft copy is present even in that case, they will ask for affidavits and other stuff and minimum wait period is 15 to 45 days in that case. If you go for surrendering the policy, they will make excuse like system is down.
