★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reports were not ready even after 3 days. One employee confirmed to send the same by courier, yet had to personally collect the same. The person who booked the tests were not picking my phone. Srrvicing is very poor. Better to go for established names in pathology field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a full health check up. The staff our really professional and courteous. Everything was well explained and handled. Specifically want to mention the phlebotomists Tejal and (I can’t remember the name of the other lady) best blood draw no pain and were able to draw the blood in one go. Vrushali at the reception was extremely friendly and alert, always ready to help. The doctors are all very attentive and funny. 100% recommended.

But even though the doctors are excellent , the admin and support staff seem to have no idea about doctor whereabouts , appointments , schedule .
What a pity to see such a wonderful place in shambles after gaining such excellent reputation .

Heartening to see the entire staff, technicians and Doctors being highly motivated to provide best medical service with due care, sense of affection and above all their accomplished professionalism. Same day reports on mail. Would give 10/10 on every aspect of the functioning to Apollo Andheri East Clinic. Mention must be made of Ms. Vrushali who was managing the staff and guiding the patients with aplomb. Hats off to Ms Vrushali for her alacrity, care and sheer hard work in running from pillar to post to ensure excellent services to patients .

Today I had been for full body checkup and had a great experience.
Staff is very polite, active and courteous.
You don’t have to follow up for anything, they pay attention to each individual and timely test are conducted with complete covid 19 precautions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are regular visitors at Apollo Clinic, Andheri East since many years for our health checkups. They have state of the art equipment and excellent doctors. Had another great experience at Apollo this month with their complete health care package for me and my wife. . Their Champion and Boss lady?? package was comprehensive and all encompassing . The team was caring, attentive and extremely helpful with all queries. Special mention and thanks to Ms.Vrushali who goes the extra mile to ensure patients are satisfied.
We also experienced the new session of sound healing which was very soothing and calming. Definitely would recommend Apollo Clinic Andheri East for all checkup’s and specialist doctor visits.
