I went to the doctor wondering I'll get well in a day, i'll be ready to go to work next day!!
The doctor's clinic time is 12.00 Pm to 5.30 Pm i gave my name as there was a long que. My number was 12th and they asked me to come at 2.15. I reached at 2 pm wondering if my number came early, but when I asked the employee at the clinic, she said the doctor hasn't arrived, if you want to wait you can wait, but if you miss your number you'll be last in the que.
When I asked what time the doctor will come she said, we do not know about it!! When I asked for number if I could go home and give a call here to check if my number came in the que as it was extremely uncomfortable to stay here due to severe fever I was suffering from. But she said they're not allowed to give the number.
Dr.Kulkarni should atleast train their employees as the patients might be in an uncomfortable situation or suffering from something thats needs his attention or atleast let the patients know if he is even coming to the clinic as they have other sources of revenues at other places.
CONCLUSION - It seems there is lack of communication between the doctor and the employees at the clinic because of which the patients suffers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sharad kularnis treatment is good. But management is a BiG ZERO. He doesnt have a heart for his patients. His compounder makes people wait outside his clinic for hours together. To take an appointment one has to wait for two hours as the compounder doesn't turn up. And after that again two hours to see the doctor. Why can't they take appointment on phone. Since morning you will see crowd. The COMPOUNDER manipulates. Without an appointment or his known people he sends patient to doctor.
There was a girl compounder long back who never manipulated. Used to speak to patient very nicely and allow as per their number.
Imagine a patient waiting 2 hours. Y can't he just take 10 patient at a time and ask the others to come after an hour so that the patient atleast rest peacefully in their house. During corona time minimum 30 people are sitting. Y isn't he caught for not following govt guide lines. You can ask any patient and u will get the same answer that they have to wait for hours. People r sitting without mask. Around 7.30pm when he closes shutter with all the patient inside then within no time the clinic is empty.
I will blame the doctor for not handling things properly. He listens to his lier Compounder and not the patient.
Above said things can be confirmed with any random patient who comes to the clinic
In short I think doctor wants to attract crowd by showing he has got so many patients
