★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't give reviews but it has been the WORST experience ever, they do not attend the customers at all, their so called manager gives excuses : the technicians are not available, even if the technician is sitting right in front us ( I know the technician because he used to repair the stuff when the SONY service center was at different place) . Due to their internal politics also, they do not allow technicians to even look at the device, the other technician are very uncouth (I don't expect them to be overpolite) but they don't even know how to talk like a normal person. They will tell you that they don't have parts even without checking the device and will ask you to give your device to them (which is understandable) but will provide any solution for months without providing any alternate device and at the end it is the same thing i.e we don't have parts, we cannot assist further ??
In a nutshell you will regret and will suggest you to think twice before buying their products
