★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to hospitalise my mother that was referred by Chhabra hospital. During treatment I noticed there is no process in Shree Balaji hospital, there is no coordination among the departments. They created 2 UHID with different names. On discharge summary there was different name on test report, test reports, ICU reports. I had to reimburse the treatment with health insurance company, the name has to correct in documents/reports. When I asked them to correct the name, I had to every department, they did not take the responsibility to correct the in all departments, I had to go to in all Departments. There is no central system. In ICU, nurses did not know, what food is to be given which patient. My mother is diabetic, they gave water melon in breakfast which should be avoided for diabetic patient. It was my worst experience in this hospital and I strongly recommend not to go in this hospital.
