★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greedy people. They were charging 60 thousands for 1.5 day in ICU.
We admitted our mother at 20/04/2021 at night in general ward around 2200 Hrs. Later they shifted my mother in ICU.My wife was crying because SP02 of my MIL was continuously dropping. After admitting our mother they began to demand 40 thousands rupees as deposit. We had deposited only 20 thousand because we knew that we would not keep our mother long in this unhygienic hospital. Receipt for the same attached for reference.On 22/04/2021 around 1100 Hrs ,we dicharged our mother from their hospital because she needed ventilator support. They called us to pay the remaining bill on 22/04/2021 around 2200 hrs. I enquired about the amount of bill. You will be surprised they said 50 thousand just for 36 hours. when my wife went their hospital on 23rd April to pay remaining amount, they began to demand 60 thousands. My wife demanded the bills with details. They began to say we would give bill detail only after you pay the remaining bills. Dr. Mr and Mrs. Mangla were so unprofessional, they shout on wife saying that why you admitted our mother in our hospital if you couldn't pay the bill. My wife left that hospital with tear in her eye after paying 20 thousand more to them. Receipt attached for reference. Moreover they filed police complaint against us for not paying the bill. My wife was called in police station. Can you imagine the situation, her mother in ICU and she had to go police station. On reaching police station my wife explained everything to Police and told them to check CCTV camera. Dr. Mangla and his wife were called by the police but they denied to come to police station saying that we are busy. Offcourse they would be busy in looting the customers. Aapda ko Avsar me jo badlna hai.
To Dr. Mr and Mrs. -
1) can you explain to the public why you changed for 3 days?
2) stop saying lie and getting sympathy of public that we hadn't pay any amount. This don't suit you. You are Doctor atleast maintain some professionship.
3) If you are so confident about the bill, why don't you put the bill details in Public. Let them know how you guys looting the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Doctor Lakshmi Mangla. Admitted my mother in ICU for Covid 19 treatment. Doctors behaviours is too rude and unprofessional. They were charging 60 thousand for one and half day without providing proper bills. Both Dr Rajeev Mangla and his wife are gready and cheap.

My mother was in for full praise to this Couple. We never felt that we were in hospital it was that homely atmosphere and treatment accorded to my mother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is also to high for them. Worst hospital i have ever seen. Dr Rajesh Mangla is just interested in making money. Completely business minded. I have never seen patients visiting in the evening but still he portraits that he is too busy to attend patients call. Very rude behaviors. When I called to take next days appointment just for plaster removal the message which he gave was that if you come on the same day it will be done or else come next week. He charges a big amount to who ever patient enters his hospital (as the number of patients visiting must be very less).
Hospital staff and nurses are very polite and helpful.
