★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am even giving this one star with pain and hate. If you wish to taste unprofessionalism just use their service. They are very fund of repeatedly returning your courier and will send a message at night saying in your area they are not serving. Pathetic is the best word. Just be aware of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the courier is undelivered for any reasons you can contact them or visit directly to get it. I have been there several times and staff is polite and helpful. Office location is very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service at this branch. Reminded me about old govt post office. The person took almost 10 minutes to accept my letter. The mindset of staff at this branch was more or less negative. I usually use Vichares at Mazagaon. They are very efficient. Maybe it is a problem with this centre only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience . Intially am courier got rejevted saying we do not deliver to ur area . If u don't deliver it then first of all why do u accept it. Secondly I shared my office address and again the guy said u have to come to main gate when I reach there we can't wait for u . It means if u r in meeting u have to leave it and come out for a small courier . But then I made a arrangements n said u just come and let me knw he said yes will come today . Then the guy didn't turned up and now I have to collect it from there office because my phone was not reachable . Seriously with office address I provided land line number even that was not reachable I think . Pathetic service
