They are very good giving estimates, and give precise instructions for packing, if required. The tracking system is detailed and precise. The owner and staff here are very polite, professional and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service..I had to send the parcel and the channel partner promised me of the pick up in 1 hour. It's been 3 days since the call..still they have not collected the parcel from my place. Seems like they have no accountability and responsibility.

When I approach DTDC (Sai enterprises Pachpakhadi) they were very much responsive. They home pick up my product, pack my product perfectly sent me the Images and next day product was delivered with less Cost compare to Other Courier provider. Thanks MAHESH and RAHUL for wonderful service. APPRICIATED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exorbitantly expensive and delay in service. They say it's transported by air and take charges accordingly. Takes 4 days for delivery from Mumbai to Bangalore.
They lie on your face by saying shipment will be sent by air whereas system shows that its been sent by standard mode. Spoiling name and reputation of DTDC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing services by Madhuri at DTDC. They shipped my laptop very safely and in a timely manner. They packaged it free of cost very thoroughly in bubble wrap and the delivery charges are very very reasonable. My package was delayed by a day due to address issues at the delivery location by Madhuri was always in touch with me and resolved the issue very quickly and provided me with all the details timely. Thanks a lot for all the help. Will definitely be using this service again!
